Spoonbill & Ibis nibbling D. Schmidt DISCOVERY Greetings! It has been a couple of weeks since I have written because 2 of my children from California came on 2 separate visits, my son and daughter. It was a glorious time together, filled with good sharing, outings, good food and fun! It is so heartwarming to share my new home, the Village with them. They loved it here and were so happy and thankful I love it too. One of the highlights was that my daughter got me over to the gym! Aha! A huge feat!. I went to the gym a couple years ago but after I fell in my garden bed and cut my leg, I never thought I could go back. Well, she proved I could do at least one machine and I did it well. Today I went back and a trainer showed me 2 more machines and I could do them! This is a very big deal for me because even though I stretch in bed in the morning and go to exercise class, I felt that was about it besides walking. I’m committed to a regime every day, doing something , e
