                                                                                      ANGEL TRUMPET CAPABLE The other day I had someone tell me I was CAPABLE! I can't remember anyone ever telling me that! I felt so seen and acknowledged! It made me really look at what I am CAPABLE of and what I am not.  I have NOTICED a few activities and accomplishments I am no longer CAPABLE of and sometimes I miss not being able to do them; like running, entertaining, traveling, shopping in stores, gardening, arranging or re-arranging furniture etc, hiking, camping, to name a few. However I then turned my mind into acknowledging and claiming activities and interests I still am CAPABLE of doing, like walking, doing stretches, Tai Chi, Yoga, ...

                                                                                           WISTERIA INSPIRATION I love to be INSPIRED by many sights, sounds, scenes, especially in NATURE. Just looking at the photo above reminds me of Monet and his beloved home Giverny in France. He was a very unique and masterful artist and he painted from NATURE after planting a flower garden in colors, textures and shapes to fit  his 'palette'. I learned a great deal from him when I planted my garden in Gainesville. There is another artist that I revere  as my all time favorite, Louis Tiffany, yes of the Tiffany glass family. I was fortunate enough to go the the Charles H. Morse Tiffany Museum in Winter Park, about 8 years ago...

                                                                                                BUTTERFLY AUSPICIOUS I love the word, AUSPICIOUS! It sounds so mysterious, up-coming, exciting! There is another word, OMEN which means something about to come either good or bad but I prefer AUSPICIOUS because I want to focus on the good stuff. Another descriptive word is a SIGN. For instance, this morning I was walking by the pond and I saw a hawk standing on the ground by the fence. Suddenly, as hawks do from time to time, he flew away. As I took a couple more steps, I saw one of his feathers on the ground. It was grayish-brown and white stripe. I picked it up and thanked him for the gift. I definitely conside...
